Consumer First Credit Repair ("The Company") The Company provides you with the tools and information to help strengthen your relationships. Our relationship with you begins at our web site. We want you to feel confident in this relationship. Our Commitment to Privacy
Our Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in communicating with you. How we collect personal information
We collect information about you: (i) that you submit during the sign up process for our service, and (ii) any time we enter information from your credit report into our database. The latter is necessary to make that information available to you via Dispute Valet™. In addition, when you sign up for a new The Company service, or ask to be included in an email mailing list, we collect and store the information you provide in a secure database.

To save you time and make our web services even easier to use, some areas of the The Company web site allow you to create a "Client ID" using your personal information. The system saves your information and assigns you a unique The Company Client ID. Next time you log into the client section of our web site you can simply enter your Client ID and password — the system will automatically look up the information it needs.

When we disclose personal information
Because the ability to communicate with our clients during any part of the credit recovery process is absolutely essential, your personal information may be shared with other The Company employees and partners. They will protect your personal information in accordance with the The Company Customer Privacy Policy. The Company will not share your personal contact information with other companies unless you specify otherwise.

The Company works with other companies that help us provide The Company services to you, and we may provide your personal information to these companies. For example, should we need to forward written documents to you we give shipping companies this information so they can deliver more efficiently. The information they receive is for shipping and delivery purposes only, and we require that the companies safeguard your personal information in accordance with The Company's policies.

Information Collected by The Company
When you visit our Web site you may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and web site use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our Web site.

1. Personal Information You Choose to Provide
In order to experience the full benefit that The Company offers such as The Company tutorials, premium content, tools and services, we ask you to register to become a member. During this member registration process, we will ask you for personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, mailing address, zip code, country, gender, birth date, age, member name and password. In addition, you may choose to provide The Company with additional information such as marital status, household income, education and employment status.

The Company uses the information it gathers for several purposes, such as to understand more about our membership's interests, to communicate with you and to give you a better experience when visiting Family by personalizing content, tutorials, services and email messages (more details below). The Company also uses this information to offer new tutorials, content and services as well as developing offers that The Company believes are more relevant and valuable to you.


2. Web Site Use Information
When you visit The Company and interact with the services and tools that reside there, The Company and third parties with whom The Company has contracted to provide services to The Company may collect information on your actions. USE OF INFORMATION
The majority of information collected by The Company is used to create aggregated portraits of the The Company audience, portraits which present anonymous statistical demographic information. This aggregated information is used, among other things, to determine trends and needs, and also to supply market research to potential advertisers and partners to help them understand whom the The Company audience is. MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Many areas of The Company are reserved for The Company members who have registered with us; for example, tutorials, mentor program, chats, message boards and member only premium content.

The membership registration form is two tiered:

General Registration: Provides access to a minimum set of The Company resources e.g. view message boards, but not allowing you to post a message. During General Registration, you will be required to choose a member name and password and provide The Company with your first and last names, email address, mailing address, zip code, country, gender, age and birth date. The form also includes optional information that you may choose to provide to us like marital status, household income, education and employment status.

Premium Member Registration: This registration level allows you to become a premium member of the The Company site, allowing you complete access to all content and services, including tutorials. In addition to the General Registration information you provide, you will be asked to provide your credit card information. This information is collected via a secure form, with multiple security layers.

HOW WE PROTECT AND SECURE YOUR INFORMATION
The Company has numerous security measures in place to protect you from the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, including your personal information, tutorial test results, personal growth plans, and credit card information All of your member information, requires use of your password. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone.

Information Security. The Company utilizes encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction.

Evaluation of Information Protection Practices. Periodically, our operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance with corporate policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality and quality of our information.

Employee Access, Training and Expectations. Our corporate values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information. Our business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.


INFORMATION SHARING POLICY
By entering a promotion, registering with our Website, completing any forms on our Website, or by checking or not unchecking co-registration boxes, you grant the Company the right to use the collected information for marketing purposes including, but not limited to, sharing such information with third party advertisers ("Advertisers"), emailing, or physically mailing Company or any third party offers to your email address or postal address. We may also use such information to fulfill prizes, track compliance with the applicable sweepstakes or promotion rules, or for content improvement and feedback purposes. We may share Website usage information about our Website visitors who have received targeted promotional campaigns with Advertisers for the purpose of formatting future campaigns and upgrading visitor information used in reporting statistics.

NOTICE OF NEW SERVICES AND CHANGES
Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to The Company, new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. You will be given the opportunity to notify us of your desire not to receive these offers by clicking on a response box when you receive such an offer or by sending us an email request.

ORDER FORMS AND TRANSACTIONS WITH E-COMMERCE PARTNERS AND ADVERTISERS
The information provided via the order form in the The Company on line store is secured via SSL Encryption. The information provided in that order form, as well as the items ordered, will only be shared with the designated fulfillment partner to the extent the information is needed to successfully complete the order and they may not use this information for any other purpose.

E-LEARNING & TUTORIAL PROGRESS AND RESULTS
As a premium member of The Company, you will be able to participate in the e-learning and tutorial programs. These programs include taking tests to help measure your progress throughout the tutorial. The results of these tests are stored as part of your member profile and treated with the same level of privacy and security as the rest of your personal data. However, at your own discretion you may choose to share your progress and test results with others. You may find that this is helpful if you choose to work with a mentor or to discuss your results with another The Company member.

ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTERS AND REMINDERS
The Company offers free and registered member electronic newsletters on a variety of topics. If you choose to subscribe to any of these newsletters, currently the only information you will be required to provide is a valid email address, except in the case of certain newsletters where you may also be required to provide certain non-personally identifiable information that enable The Company customize the newsletter with topics of interest to you. In order to receive these newsletters you must opt-in to receiving them. Generally, The Company does not share mailing lists from its electronic newsletters with third parties. However, in some situations, The Company may share its newsletter mailing lists with third parties who provide newsletter and/or reminder fulfillment services on behalf of The Company. In these instances, such third parties will be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. Additionally, The Company may provide third parties with a list of The Company members and visitors who have opted-in to receiving additional information from third parties.

In those instances where you opt-in to subscribe to a newsletter through a third-party email service or advertiser or partner, the email address information sometimes will be located on the third party's server. Some of our partners' and advertisers' sites require that you specifically opt-out from receiving their newsletters. Throughout The Company various public forums such as chat rooms, message boards, "ask the expert" areas and various question and answer areas are available to you as a registered The Company member.

Please remember that any information you disclose in these public forum areas becomes public information and is immediately accessible on The Company, so it is important for you to exercise discretion and appropriate caution when deciding to reveal personal information in these areas. The Company may decide to utilize the content of Q&A's, interactions with experts, and/or chat room and message board content throughout The Company and in promotions in order to enhance The Company's editorial, advertising and public relations efforts.

SURVEYS AND POLLS
Our surveys ask for opinions on various issues and very often these surveys and polls are sponsored by or associated with The Company advertisers and partners. Occasionally, we may request demographic information (like zip code, age or gender). Most information obtained through surveys and polls is aggregated and used internally or shared with advertisers and partners only in the aggregated form. The Company contains links to advertiser and partner websites. We cannot be responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such non-The Company websites, and we do not control the practices of any of our advertisers or partners to whom we are linked.
In order to participate in the partner and/or advertiser supplied services and tools you may be required to provide personally identifiable information to the advertisers and partners whose tools and services you have chosen to interact with. Each advertiser and partner will request different information from you.

The information you provide via links to co-branded pages, co-branded sites, third party sites or tools may be shared with advertisers and partners on an aggregated basis and in these instances your permission will not be requested since no personally identifiable information will be shared or provided to these third party sponsors or advertisers. The Company will, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to contractually require all such third party advertisers and partners to agree not to use any non-personally identifiable information about you, in conjunction with other sources of information, or otherwise, to identify you.

The Company OPT-IN/OPT-OUT POLICY

CHANGE/MODIFY/ARCHIVED INFORMATION
The Company provides you with the ability to access, correct or change certain information in your member registration profile at any time, including contact information or other information you've provided to us. However, you cannot currently change your member name although you may re-register and choose a new name. Please be advised that The Company currently archives information it collects on its members and visitors.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
We will not make new use of any personally identifiable information which The Company gathered from individual members or visitors prior to any such significant change in our Privacy Policy without first obtaining the member's or visitor's consent for any new uses. In instances where we ask for your personally identifiable information and we tell you the data we are collecting on that page will be shared with third parties, and in cases where a member, visitor or subscriber to the The Company opts-in to share his/her information with third parties, those disclosures and opt-ins will override anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy. In addition, The Company reserves the right to make non-significant changes to our Privacy Policy that will not affect The Company's use of a user's personally identifiable information at any time without any notice to you other than posting any such changes in a revised Privacy Policy on the The Company web site.
